Marina is a motivated Business Continuity professional with extensive experience across all disciplines of Business Continuity, both in the Public and Private sector. Familiar with working both in the UK and Internationally, Marina is comfortable managing and leading virtual teams across a number of countries to develop and deliver critical Work Area Recovery (WAR) solutions successfully, in addition to creating Business Continuity training and awareness programmes for large blue-chips and the smaller SMEs. As a strong communicator and listener, Marina is an active mentor for Business Continuity Management across the Northamptonshire area, as recommended by the BCI and recently formed Key BCM Consultancy Limited to promote the industry and work with businesses to ensure that they have the best Business Continuity Management tools available to them to aid their recovery, following a business interruption.
